Today we launched shampoo.com

I mostly worked on the back end of things, including a lot of plugin work that we used. It’s been a challenging and fun project to work on.

And if you are looking for some specialized shampoo or other hair styling products then shampoo.com is the place to go.

I updated wordpress to the latest version and broke my old theme. Then I found a nice one called pixel. It looked nice but had a few things that needed some changes to fit more of what I wanted.

I’m in the process of moving everything over from site5 to slicehost.

I’ve had nothing but problems from site5 since I purchased a 2 year hosting account from them. So far slicehost seems great. With just a little bit of technical knowledge I was able to create a slice setup from scratch to host both php and rails applications.

I also purchased a new domain, loveatfirstim.com I’ve got some plans for it, but no telling if I will ever get around to doing anything with it.

Since I moved my websites to my new host, Wichita-Falls.org’s code was lost. Before it would aggregate news from several sources about Wichita Falls. Well now thats working again using Wordpress and a plugin. I’m currently searching for a way to get events around town as well. I may just use the feeds from Yourhub.com, but it will take some other code to truly make useful to users.
